They were able to squeeze us in the same day right before Christmas. Steve was on time and fixed our kitchen sink quickly and even gave us tips so it doesn't happen again. Great service, we will be using Sunwest for all our plumbing needs!
This weekend we noticed corrosion on the top of our water heater. We checked online and it appeared that it was still under warranty. 8 am today (Monday morning) I called Sunwest All Service. After sending them a photo of the water heater and the serial number, they confirmed that I'd be getting a brand new unit! By 10:30 am, it was installed--bright, shiny, and new--in our home. Steve was kind, gracious, and skillful. As a bonus, he fixed a water pressure issue in our guest bath sink that I'd forgotten to even mention!
