He asks if any new issues and informs what he has treated for and any new issues he has seen. Real pros show up on time, clearly explain everything and perform well. He calls a few days before service to verify, checks with customer when he arrives for any new issues and remembers past issues. He completes his service quick and efficiently then checks with customer when he leaves. Results have been great, fair pricing, wonderful customer service, friendly staff, and exceptional quality.
