Dr. Copper is amazing and we highly recommend her!However, this location is closed and the phone will route to Banfield (located in PetSmart). Banfield is terrible based on my prior experience and I would not recommend. If you call this number, they will not inform you that your pet will be seeing a different vet. Seems they are just poaching Dr. Cooper’s clients.We will be moving to Dr. Cooper whenever she opens a new location!

This is the best veterinary clinic in town. The staff are cheerful and helpful. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Lin for 27 years. I didn't think twice about following her to Bayridge. And when she is not in the office, Dr. Cooper has been fantastic about seeing my dogs in a short notice emergency situation. Kind, caring, concerned, professional. Great clinic, great vets, Dr. Lin is awesome!

This is a GREAT place to take your pet. My vet was in the process of moving and I couldn't get in to see her today. At 8am Dr Theiss agreed to see her immediately. Both he and his assistant could not have been more kind and caring. I was sure my dog would have to be put down and was very upset. He felt a med change would help until I could speak with my vet and made some suggestions for the future. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and the caring way in which he took care of my pet.
