Best yoga ever. Perfect beach and an instructor that so well prepared. With Lo, I've never experienced the same class twice and Lo is always learning and providing amazing yoga practice. Pair that with a view of the gulf; dolphins and pelicans for entertainment. Lo encourages drop in as well as those of us who are hooked on her teaching. Bring a beach blanket and ten bucks and practice with the group!

I had a great experience in my beach yoga class with Lo! Easy sign up, great communication, and most importantly - a truly lovely class. The perfect amount of tuning in, breathwork, movement, accessible for all levels. I have been teaching myself for 10 years and can honestly be quite picky about loving a class, but thoroughly enjoyed my beach yoga experience! Thanks, Lo
