They replaced my roof and did a great job, I though, I had several issues for a couple of your and they responded quickly trying to resolve the problem.
Unfortunately I have a leak, water in my bedroom after only eight years. This should never happen, I called three time and left messages. No reply I texted a video of the leak no reply. I called my insurance company, it was Sunday, right away as well and they contactd a restoration company that showed up Monday morning to put up a tarp, put in big fans and dehumidifier. Three days after leaving messeges no reply from glass bal roofing yet.
Still waiting for the repair

We just completed getting a new roof installed. We mostly dealt with Steve Spragg but also Mike Egan. We had damage after hurricane Milton and they assessed our damage, dealt with our insurance company, and explained how the process worked with amazing accuracy. They were always extremely prompt and professional in answering all our questions and taking care of any issues that came up. The roof installation went very smoothly and we had no problems at all. Steve couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish and Mike was always knowledgeable and very easy to work with. All in all, a five star review that is very well deserved.

Dealing with Mike Egan and the folks at Global Roofing was so easy and trouble free. They made everything for our Huge job seem so effortless and uncomplicated. They are extremely professional, yet are kind, understanding and caring. Mike even got me a good lawyer when my insurance company was being extremely difficult after the hurricane. You Absolutely can't go wrong with Global Roofing. Mike Egan is the Best !!!
