Abby’s A&A class on Mon/Wed/Fri are a must! Fabulous- energetic- extremely effective! Fun and Funky! I walk away with an amazing burn!! And it lasts for days if you put the work in!
I love yoga lab! The instructors are great and workouts are fun. They encourage their community to connect with each other which I think is really nice if you are new to town or just looking to meet people. I don't live in Naples anymore but will be totally visiting anytime I'm back in town.
I love the energy at Yoga Lab! The vibe is right, the classes are tough (power vinyasa) and energizing and just what I need to feel good and centered each day. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and the whole entity that is Yoga Lab is run beautifully. Thank you for all you do!
