My wife and I have been trying to make up for the last couple years of very limited travel to now getting out and taking some extensive trips. As we all know that also requires lifting heavy luggage, sleeping awkwardly on planes, mattresses and pillows we are not used to. Let’s just say I needed some help! Through a close neighbor of mine I was introduced to Jocelyn. In general my body is not very flexible and often have tight or sore muscles.
