Mr. Carlos Rojas and his team at Marco Island Contracting Group LLC renovated our Guest Bathroom early in 2025 and, because of the terrific job that he and his team did then, we asked him to renovate our Master Bathroom and adjoining Master Closet early this year. Unlike some of the other most recent reviewers, we are full-time residents here on Marco Island.
In both instances Mr. Rojas and his team did an exceptional and timely job. As earlier reviewers mentioned, he uses Buildertrend software to provide the owner with visibility on the progress along the way and, more importantly, he keeps to the schedule that he puts forward every week.
His team does excellent work, and he is a gentleman and a fine young family man. We highly recommend Marco Island Contracting Group LLC!

I have used G.W. Fishell for painting for both interior and exterior painting for the last 15 years. If I had any problems, they took care of it. They found a water leak in my kitchen ceiling, and helped me not only to get the problem fixed by the air conditioning company, but fixed and painted the drywall. Very helpful. Fanny does an awesome job. I have had her replace several zippers in jackets. Please note you need to measure and purchase your own zipper before you bring the jacket in for a repair.
Bobbie is just fantastic! I had a condo refresh that needed short turn around just after hurricane Ian. It was last decorated in the 90’s and had less than 2 months to completely refresh it and furnish it. We laughingly called it “speed decorating”. She took the time to really understand the situation and then made a focused plan and we worked the plan..Her connections in the industry, her sense of style and her knowledge of what will work allowed us to finish with a fresh and beautiful outcome a little ahead of time - despite the fight for resources from Ian and COVID supply chain shortages. I was new to town and Inga invited me in for a consultation and she taught me the importance of quality hair and her knowledge was such a great reassurance for me. Just got my hair cut today. Suzanne was fantastic. I went in with long hair that was over due for a cut and came out feeling like a new woman with a much shorter new look. Suzanne asked plenty of questions to get an idea of what I was looking for. I highly recommend this salon and I will be returning again!

I have access to elite high end salons in NYC and its surrounding neighborhoods which are touted as the best in the industry. I have never found a colorist as talented as Sally!! She has transformed my hair into exactly what I have always wanted but no one has ever been capable of producing. She undoubtedly the best colorist on the East Coast!! She has such an eye. One of the most thorough cuts I’ve ever had. Walked in and had a chair almost immediately. Alla is a true, old-school Barber who knows how to fade and trim. My only regret is that I can’t get her to cut it for another 6 months when I come back down from NY.

During the same visit, Julie did my eyebrows (waxing + threading) and they turned out amazing—she’s truly an expert. UPDATE: After blowing my hair myself I was able to actually see the cut and color. It’s excellent. Inga did a great job. Because I was encouraged to leave with wet hair, I had nothing but frizz to see as my hair quickly dried. At that time the cut and the color looked awful. Next time I will insist on getting my blow dry and not be put off. I appreciate the credit the salon offered as well for the rush at the end of the process. I will return next time I need a cut.
For the last 10+ years, Karen has been my Go-To-Gal for all things hair related. She knows hair, cut and color like no other. Over the years, my thick hair has been short, long, asymmetrical, pink, highlighted, lowlighted and more. I try to always do a spa day while on vacation. I stayed at the Hilton but they didn't offer all of the services I wanted. This place was wonderful! I got a massage, facial and a haircut. It is very clean, updated and everyone was very professional and great at their art. My favorite was the facial. My skin felt and looked beautiful afterwards. So glad I chose to go here. I would definitely recommend Rick's to anyone.

My Fiancé and I were staying at the resort for the first time and I wanted a massage really bad. We both ended up booking massages at the same time and our experiences were equally amazing! Alex was my massage therapist. I've had many deep tissue massages over the years and this was by far one of the best. After we were done with our massages, we both utilized the sauna, steam rooms and cold plunges, followed by lunch at the adult only private spa pool. Chris took our orders for lunch and he was also wonderful. Our food and drinks were delicious. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. I would return for the massage alone, but having the additional amenities included the day of your service added that extra touch, which we both truly enjoyed. It was such a relaxing experience from start to end and we can't wait to return for another visit!

I had several crowns done with Dr Makwana last week. He explained everything thoroughly (before, during and after the procedure), matched the new crowns to my existing teeth and I never had pain. The office was calm and the staff were professional and nice to work with. I went to the office on a Monday and was done by Thursday. The teeth look great!
