I just had the greatest carpet experience with Connie at Taylor Carpet One in Naples. From start to finish, the service I received was excellent. From the initial measurements, to the carpet choices, to the install, and after the install I give my experience a 10 out of 10.

I am thrilled with the carpet and the great service I received from Manuel and his installation crew at Taylor Carpet One. We had some water damage from Ian and I thought I would have to wait forever to get carpet replaced but they gave me a timeline for delivery and install and were done as promised. We had some heavy furniture to move through tight doorways and I was worried but they were so careful not to damage the trim or the furniture. And the installation manager, Mark, was here at the beginning to go over the project with the crew and then stopped back later to make sure everything was done correctly. Manuel was very helpful, working with me to have the installation done the way I wanted it done! Also, the installer, Marcus, and his helper were right on time (7:30 am)! They were very professional and did the best installation I have had done on this floor.
