“I've found Conditioned Air to be responsive to my cooling satisfaction, prompt service (repair), and employees courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. My issue is with the Amanda (Goodman) air-conditioning system, purchased 6 years ago. Shortly after original installation problems were encountered with the manufacturer's product. Parts replaced before finally discovering the capacitor on the outside unit, placed by the manufacturer, was insignificant to start the unit. Conditioned Air replaced it with a significantly upgraded capacitor. No more issues until recently. The system lost all its coolant due to leakage in the A-coil after only 6 years. Thankfully i purchased the 10-year warranty since a new A-coil was required, a major component. Again, Conditioned Air was as prompt as possible ordering the new part and getting it installed quickly within 3-days. My experience with this Amanda AC system has me believing to NOT RECOMMEND, to anyone, to purchase this product due to its unreliability. I do not have confidence that this product will make it through its warranty period or beyond. Satisfied with Conditioned Air, but not with Amanda (Goodman), the manufacturer.“

“Our A/C wasn’t working in our condo unit when I arrived down in Naples, FL and this company was recommended by a family member. They were able to come same day and Samuel was our technician. He was amazing!! Diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. It was condensation in our float valve and he flushed it and got the A/C working again quickly. Then, I had just purchased a smart thermostat and asked if he was able to install that. Set price from the company but Samuel was able to install that and troubleshoot a few issues to get it up and working within about 30 minutes. Excellent service, would highly recommend Samuel and this company!!“

“We were very happy with our new 4 Mini Split units installed, however we weren’t happy when a week later the configuration of the units had to be changed due to coding. We had put up fencing to protect the units because we thought the job was completed, that had to be taken down and we have to reinstall to match the new layout. Tyler & Damien came back out and made the changes and everything works great. Bottom line, we are very happy with the Plumbing Nerds work and their attention to excellent communication.“

He replaced a cartridge in the shower that was corroded, and also installed a wireless hot water heater. He worked tirelessly in a very hot location without complaint for almost an entire day until the job was done and he left the place in better shape than when he started. He is a very pleasant and personable young man, in addition to being very proficient. He explained his things as he goes along and offers options at different price levels.“
