“Austin Fykes was the service tech that came to my house? I had a water back up in my HVAC system. Austin actually came earlier than the appointment time, very courteous and friendly. I can also say he spent an hour or more working on my unit inside and out along with the drainage pipe outside my home. He was the most experienced tech that has been in my home. He also educated me on taking proper care so back ups don’t happen or at least less often. I highly recommend Austin and Conditioned Air.“
