Awesome installation, and the quality of the grass brought to my home was a pleasant surprise. It’s just a little over two weeks now since it’s been down with one application of 10 -10-10 at 2 pounds per thousand square feet. And two cuts at 1.75 inches with my robot mower. Leo’s installed 2400 sq ft of sod in my side and rear yard and did a great job. They were not the least expensive but I learned you get what you pay for. Leo’s did sod-cutting of the entire area being replaced, removing all the old weeds and lowering the surface so the new lawn would be close to level with nearby grass. Then they laid quality sand-raised sod which acclimates better and quicker in sandy soils. They then rolled the area for uniformity and best contact.
