“I broke a temporary bridge on Friday in the afternoon. I called the office at 5 o’clock on the dot. The office got me in at 10 o’clock the next morning not with my assigned dentist there, but with another. They are all excellent. The last time I was with another dental group, I had broken of an ear. As I work full-time, and this was also on a Friday, they would not fit me in, they would not do Saturday hours at all, even though this was an emergency as the nerve route was exposed, and the first available appointment I would be able to make was in two weeks! After going back and forth with the receptionist, the office manager, and then one of the Newer members who was the Dentist daughter-in-law, she basically told me to find another dentist. I had been with this particular group for over 10 years! So, I thanked her, and founded Park dental. Thank goodness.“

“All the anxiety, apprehension, and frazzled nerves was for nothing! Dr. Galsterer was wonderful! He is calming and immediately put me at ease. I was there for a root canal, and he assured me it was going to be quick, easy, and little to no pain. I felt NOTHING! He is amazing and I will never have any fear should I need to return for a procedure. His assistant, Lisa, was the same. She explained everything that Dr. Galsterer would be doing before he started. Again, very calming and comforting. The front desk ladies were also very friendly.I would highly recommend Dr. Galsterer and Dental Specialty Center of Naples to everyone!“
