To Maria B. I know this company very well as I have used them multiple times. How can anyone be unethical if they show up to do free estimates? It is true that they have a $125 minimum price for any size job and their call center says just that. When they come to your home, they are extremely courteous, educational, and friendly. They measure, assess the carpet for soil content and fiber type as well as damage. Since you must have been dissatisfied with your previous, "usual guy", calling them was the smartest thing you could have done.
