A plumber was at my home in Naples within a couple of hours. danny inspected the unit, explained in simple terms that it needed to be replaced, and helped me find the warranty information. After i picked up the new water heater, he gave me a fair quote for the installation and came back within the hour to handle the job. The old tank was removed, the new hot water heater was installed properly, and everything was tested before he left. With the Florida heat, having reliable hot water and dependable plumbing service really matters, so I appreciated how fast and smooth the whole process was. I am very happy with the workmanship, the price, and the quick response. “Cannot say enough nice things about Jay and the service he provided. Our old water heater started leaking and within 24 hours Jay was out and was diagnosing our issue. Turns out we had some leaking pipes and even though he was just out to replace the water heater he wouldn’t rest until he was absolutely sure that the issue was completely resolved. That’s something you can’t teach. It’s an innate quality in Jay and one that doesn’t go unnoticed.
