We are doing two bathroom remodels. Ruben is GREAT to work with extremely friendly & does great work. The company has been very flexible with us as we have had unforseen shipping delays with our new bath tub.***UPDATE*** Once again, WOW! I love this company! They installed the plumbing in 2 showers & a new bath tub (to include jack hammering the floor for a new drain). They are just great!We have had 4 Balmore employees, including the owner, in our home for this remodel. All are very responsible, & hard workers. Balmore Plumbing's performance in rerouting our sewer line, which had been infiltrated by roots, was outstanding. Mike and his team displayed excellent responsiveness, keeping us well-informed through text message alerts whenever they were on their way. Furthermore, their pricing proved to be highly competitive. We sincerely appreciate their swift attention and efficient handling of our sewer line problem.

They did an excellent job installing a new hot water tank. The plumber/tech that came out was extremely polite, helpful and efficient. Total cost seemed reasonable. However, the main water line developed a leak while he was doing the plumbing work. Not his fault, just old, cheap plastic pipes and glue. I was charged an extra $300 to replace the main water shut off valve. Seemed high, since they were already here, and it took less than 1 hour.
