Toilet broke on Monday. Called Balmore. Mike and Andy were here Tuesday morning, as scheduled. Fixing toilet was not feasible. Mike went to get new toilet while Andy took out old toilet. Job done before noon. Price was reasonable. Everything went so smoothly that Balmore is going to install two more toilets (before they break) next Monday.
