I don't leave a lot of reviews but this is one that I needed to leave. Cartridge in Shower valve went bad. Shower would not turn off. Outside handle to Water turn off broke. Needed emergency assistance. Called Coastal Plumbing at 5PM, WOW immediate response from company & employee Derek, Derek, took on additional job after hours. Dereck was absolutely professional and outstanding, I can't say enough about how caring this man is. He worked hard to pull the old cartridge and then then fixed a water pressure problem I was having. Coastal Plumbing and Derek are 5 stars plus in my book.Service: Shower repair

Deryck was on time and did a terrific job. I was super happy that there was no unattractive ring on the floor from where the older toilet had been. The caulk line around the new toilet is smooth and almost invisible which will make it very easy to keep clean when cleaning the floor. He was very professional and quick. PLUS he didn't mind that my furry helper decided to oversee the toilet replacement. (PS notice that he put cardboard on my floor to protect it from scrapes - nice touch!)Service: Toilet installation

Caleb was hard working, professional, and knowledgeable. He made all the under and above ground water pipe repairs needed to stop the pool auto fill pipe water leaks. We could finally turn the water to the house back on !We have used Coastal Plumbing for other repairs and have always been completely happy with the results.
