The installation crew, led by Jose, was courteous and friendly, and the turnaround time was about two weeks from ordering to completion. Customers have praised the beautiful finished products, including custom area rugs, and the outstanding client service. However, there was a concern regarding the final payment process, as some customers did not receive a call or receipt beforehand. Overall, customers were incredibly impressed with Abbey Carpet & Floor and would not hesitate to shop there again.

We chose Abbey Carpet to install new Carpeting in our Master Bedroom , and Plank Tile in two other Rooms . Anna Karfias handled my order is a terrific manner . The installers were professional , and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Abbey Carpet for they gave us value , and a seamless job.
I recently purchased a 10‘ x 14‘ area rug from the North Naples location of Abbey Carpet and Floor and I found Bethany, my sales consultant, to be both extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally accommodating. I had wanted this great room rug delivered prior to a large family reunion, and the factory had informed us that they needed more time than I had. Therefore, Bethany made some calls which resulted in delivery of the rug several weeks prior to my gathering. Additionally, the price I paid was significantly less than the price I had been quoted by a well-known Naples competitor.
