Abby carpets was wonderful to work with. Ernesto was our sales person and did a very professional job. Every part of the process was very easy from picking out carpet with Ernesto, having him send us samples, having them come out to do measurements, and then having them come and install. The installers for Abby are thorough, polite and did a great job.

We have purchased two area rugs from Abbey Carpet, and worked with Jen both times. We were incredibly impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and custom service. Abbey has a great selection of quality rugs and carpets, but Jen was the reason we bought from Abbey. We would not hesitate to shop there again and would always recommend to others they ask for Jen.
