“I am on the Band Booster team at Aubrey Rogers. Each year before school starts, we fit the students for their uniforms. The students wear them every football game from August through October, so by the end of the season- they are pretty ripe. Fashion Fresh does a great job cleaning our uniforms each year! Unfortunately, after last marching season, our uniforms were sent for cleaning while a small group of our students were away at an event- so their uniforms were never cleaned. Oh, the smell when we walked in the room! The booster president and I had to identify the culprits… so we sniffed the pits of all 160 band uniforms to find them… what we do for our kids! We found about 20 uniforms that needed to be cleaned- NOW.<br><br>I took them to Fashion Fresh at the Strand on Friday- feeling a little nauseous from the hunt. Marissa met me at the door and when I told her we needed the uniforms all cleaned in a super rush- like a couple of days- Marissa took the job on with a smile. They were ready for pick up the NEXT day!<br><br>Every one of the uniforms is two separate pieces- a jacket and a jumper. They all have corresponding numbers. After expertly cleaning all 40 separate pieces, Marissa went the extra mile and matched each jumper with its corresponding jacket.<br><br>With service that fast, I knew something had to be sacrificed. Nope. I cautiously sniffed each one of those uniform pits- every single one smelled fresh and clean!<br><br>Marissa- you are our hero! Thank you SO much for taking such amazing care of us!!!”
