I noticed my refrigerator had stopped cooling its contents on a recent Sunday morning, fearing all would be lost since it was a weekend. After an internet search on a day when most repair services were closed, I found Action Appliance Service was supposed to be open so gave them a call. No one answered the phone, and my call went to voicemail. I left a message thinking I probably wouldn't hear from anyone until at least Monday. Much to my pleasant surprise, less than an hour later I got a call from the owner Bill who asked me, "What did you do to your refrigerator, Mark?" which gave me a chuckle! Nice experienced people to deal with for quick, expert service. The technician , Mike, was informative and quick to diagnose the problem. It was on a Friday. He managed to keep our refrigerator operating until he returned on Monday with the ordered part. The price for service was fair. Plus he even gave us a bit of an education about refrigeration.

Bill is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He has been in business for many years and handles the service calls himself. His rates are very reasonable. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company.
