Kat is so professional and thorough! My sister is a quadriplegic and must be on a respirator part of the day and Kat is so very considerate and kind to her. The technician did a great job because I found a lot o dead bugs which I usually do not and should. He was also aware of ant problem and paid extra attention to it without me telling him about it first. Hope to have him again very satisfied ....
