I was shocked to see carpenter ants pouring out of my garage door so I called National Exterminators. Lee was great to work with on the phone and scheduled a home treatment in less than a week! Bill, the technician, came out today and was personable and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I got first rate service, and he explained everything he was doing. Service was terrible. Spiders in lanai were wiped down,but they were back all over the next day and were worse. New ants appeared through pavers 2 days after service. When I emailed this, no one responded back. Will be looking for new service soon.
Barbie was very
courteous and professional. She explains all her procedures in detail so even I can understand what is going on. I would prefer her as my regular technician if that is possible.
