I never leave reviews but I had such a great experience I decided to leave my first review ever. The owner/ instructor is so kind and helpful, along with everyone in the session. Such a great experience.

I have been to Hot Yoga studios all over the country. Naples is the best studio by far. They offer other classes then just Hot Yoga, their teachers are AMAZING and it is always clean and sanitized. 5 stars is not enough, it should have 10!!!

Such a great community. Everyone is always so kind and it’s been a wonderful place for me to learn about yoga. I knew very little when I started and it was a very gentle, encouraging, and positive place to start my journey.
