I came across Spa Naples Facial & Massage, called, asked if I could come in later that day, and was told yes. I arrived, and Luz greeted me very warmly, made me feel comfortable, and got started with the service. She was very kind, did a great job, and gave me chocolate afterward. The space is located in an office building but Luz has done a wonderful job making it feel calming and welcoming.“
