“I am a newer BJJ athlete and was specifically looking for women's classes to drop into on my trip and found this spot. The womens program is new and small at the moment and occurs on the other side of mat as the youth class. As a 45yo white belt just looking to move a little while on vacation, (and not return from vacation feeling like I forgot all the jiu jitsu I've learned so far) this class was perfect. The instructor was fabulous and I really enjoyed the way she explicitly linked a few movements for us, since my brain struggles to connect the things I have learned. I, myself joined a few months ago. I have trained in several other martial arts. I am 45 and find the classes great for the exercise and increasing my flexibility. I enjoy the sparring. The other adults are friendly and helpful, no egos. The speed of the adult classes are great for me. I like to keep moving.“
