The womens program is new and small at the moment and occurs on the other side of mat as the youth class. As a 45yo white belt just looking to move a little while on vacation, (and not return from vacation feeling like I forgot all the jiu jitsu I've learned so far) this class was perfect. The instructor was fabulous and I really enjoyed the way she explicitly linked a few movements for us, since my brain struggles to connect the things I have learned. A more advanced athlete may prefer to drop into one of their other classes, but thanks for being so welcoming“
