Jack Mac'Kie was very knowledgeable in installing our new Encode Deadbolt. He took the time to go over all the features and assist with setting up codes and answering all our questions. Jack saved the day when he showed up on short notice with a smile to make keys for my storm shutters. They were misplaced so I was unable to close and lock them.
