“5 stars and more. We have a nice sectional that another cleaner left worse off than when he came. Kurt came, tried to help and then advised me on speaking with that company as best as he could when he couldn’t fix it with normal cleaning methods.

When that didn’t resolve I came back to Kurt. He researched and tried a final time to clean our couch and it came out far far better than we could have imagined. We were looking at 4-5k for new cushions and ottomans and he was able to save it. Great work and care but 5 star service for sure.“

“While out of state on Thanksgiving our rented condo was flooded by a neighbor’s water heater rupture. Erickson’s was called and within an hour of the water being shut off they arrived and started the emergency water damage services on Thanksgiving day no less! This process lasted about 10 days. Drilling holes, drywall removed, cabinets with counters removed, blowers and dehumidifiers plus some minor mold remediation all done. What I was most impressed by was the constant information provided by Cedric to help me understand the work being done. He was always available when I called ( how refreshing!) and provided multiple pictures with their report. He offered sage advice, made suggestions and was careful when doing the work.
The other impressive person in this company was Sarah the accounts manager. From our first conversation, she was reassuring, guided me in understanding the insurance piece and how the company handles billing. She is competent, organized and also a pleasure to work with.
