“Just amazed!! First off, I just want to say that I’m very very happy with the progress and the quality of work that is happening on my dream home on Sanibel and I’m so glad I went with Sunset Builders. My wife and I are new to the island and we really wanted to help rebuild the Sanibel community after the hurricane, and be part of a community because we have a large family with 4 kids under 7. When we bought the house, it needed a full renovation. I called several contractors and they all had the same pitch. What was different about you guys was Mike, he never rushed me and he listened to all my concerns, wants, and needs AND gave his own insights. His communication was fantastic from the start. The day we set up an on site meeting for a full walk through, a whole team showed up and I was blown away. The project managers and superintendents all showed up alongside Mike to go over the work to be done. Everyday I visit the job site and see the progress. All the material being used is high quality, nothing cheap which is amazing. Overall I’m very happy and satisfied with the quality of work and I can’t wait to see my finished house.LB“

“We ordered our high impact replacement windows last April and planned to have them installed in our home in Cape Coral upon our return from the North in the fall. The windows are in now and we’re very pleased with them, only four days after our return. Ginger and Dawn were very helpful keeping us updated during the summer as well as scheduling and rescheduling the date for installation. Valter was the lead installer and did a great job. He called ahead to let us know his arrival time and showed us how to clean the windows easily. “The plantation shutters are beautiful and give the master bedroom a quiet and finished look. Ron and his people could not have been more accommodating or fair. On time and did what they said they'd do. They also made and installed three roller shades for the screen porch (the originals blown away by Ian) that turned out perfectly. Couldn't be happier! (Unless maybe they also did kitchen countertops---we are still waiting on those....)“

Honestly they were incredible, from Sergio who came initially to give me a quote to every one of the guys I could not of picked a better company to do this job. They were so very respectful [every one of them]. They did such a great job they know their stuff they are smart & work together very well. The entire team from Sergio down to all the guys working~ ALL of them were over the top spectacular (and I don’t use that word very often :) !!They showed up on time everyday, worked hard, cleaned up, were so kind and professional honestly they went over and above in so many ways & I have used so many contractors/companies since IAN to get my home back to some normal it's just been a huge challenge this past year trying to find someone who would actually (do what they say and charge what they quote, you know a novel idea). Now just yesterday Randy and Marie found a mirror strip in their storage for us. They don’t make them anymore but they took the time to look for us. They saved our mirror wall! “I searched everywhere for a company that could replace the clear vinyl on the sliding panels on my lanai. By a referral, I called White Aluminum and Windows. I took the frames to them on a Thursday afternoon and they told me it would take a couple of weeks. I thought that was very reasonable. By the following Tuesday, just 5 days after I dropped them off, they called just after noon and told me my panels were ready. This was unbelievably great service! I never would have expected such a quick turnaround. Their entire staff from upfront to the gentlemen that did the replacement vinyl were friendly and eager to help.
