“We received quotes from 5 companies to replace 17 windows and a roll-down shutter in our single family home with Low-E hurricane windows. We wanted a local company who has employee installers so we had only one company to deal with. We selected Rice Windows and Doors to do the job and are extremely satisfied with the results. Our account rep, Bruno, handled all the questions and even brought out Tyler, the head of the installation teams to ensure that the windows could be installed without having to remove all the plantation shutters. The installation team of Morgan and Keven were very professional, took care to cover furniture and cleaned up thoroughly after each window was installed. They literally didn't even take a lunch bread during the two days it took to complete the installation. We're extremely pleased with the entire process and the competitive and reasonable price of the project.”

“From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Mike was a great salesman, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and right on top of things. Permitting was a smooth and quick process. Crew that did the concrete slab worked so hard to break out a very thick old pad. What a tough job! They formed and poured without doing any damage whatsoever to the rest of our grass.The new concrete lanai floor is very robust and nicely finished. The covered lanai went up lickety split and looks great. They left no mess behind when done, at all. All the workers were pleasant, efficient and respectful. We couldn’t be happier.This room is such a nice addition to our house and we are really enjoying it.”
