“Wow!! What an excellent experience!! We were on our way home for Thanksgiving for the 1st time in 6 years. Of course, everything that can go wrong did. Our 2010 F250 broke down and I called Certified and left a message at 7am. Truthfully I didn't think they'd call back because they were closed. I was wrong!! Brian called back, helped find a wrecker service and called us to make sure everything was in motion. We also had a cat with 6 kittens we were taking home. When we got to the shop they were so kind!! Darcie and Emily let us use an office for our cat and kittens. Brian knew we had to spend the night in our broke down truck and went and got us lunch. Robert and Mike had our truck up and running super quick and we were on our way home!!What great people and what a wonderful company!! Best experience at a mechanic shop I've ever had!!! Wish we lived closer.“
