My son is 5 (turning 6) and was diagnosed with ODD and ADHD (going through testing for high functioning autism) they allow his behavioral therapist to attend with me. This is had been great for both my children, especially my youngest. I believe in holistic approaches to his temporary issues. I say temporary because I believe with star taekwondo and other sports I have him in, my son will grow out of this and be a successful and functioning adult without medication. “I have been working with a Doctor since 12/22 after a spinal fx to improve osteoporosis without bisphosphonates. At first my T scores continued to decline. In Dec. 2023 Spine was -4.1, L fem neck -2.6, Left hip -2.3. I had been working to change my diet, healing my gut, adding supplements to improve deficiencies, improving sleep, optimizing HRT & decreasing stress. In January 2024 I started Osteostrong. “I went to meet Eric at Armstead Fitness to complete a physical workout assessment. Right when I got there, I was greeted by Eric and we started my assessment. He was very personable and easy to talk to with his upbeat and positive attitude. He had me lift some weights and then we did some boxing. Very cool! The gym overall was clean and organized, and the equipment was in good shape. Also, lots of mirrors, which I loved. Overall, great experience!“
