While I was looking for one, my AC unit failed and I experienced $20K worth of damage, including dreaded MOLD in my house an inside the unit. If you are seasonal especially, but also full time, you need an HVAC system maintenance program. “Above and beyond service! When my A/C broke down and I called at around 7 pm, they were able to head over from Ft. Myers that very night to take care of it. I was shopping around for A/C service companies because the one I was currently using (Best Home Services) quoted me over $500 to fix the A/C drain pipe clog, even though I had a service plan with them. Allied Air Services included the clog fix with the start of a new maintenance plan (which cost WAY less than $500 by the way), and they come twice a year instead of just once like the old company. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them!“

After he left he emailed me a quote of $1,615.50. I called the office to ask why there is a price difference. They told me that $1,615.50 is a discount and that they would not honor my quoted price of $1,600. I recommend you get a written estimate before the tech leaves the house. They have lost me as a customer.“
