“Bruce Miller Air Conditioning of Fort Myers has been providing hvac services to the Harbour Pointe Condo development on Fort Myers Beach for decades. As a new owner, I have only experienced first hand their level of quality attention to detail over the past year. Ray installed a new air conditioner for me a year ago and did an excellent job, patiently explaining everything he was doing, including strapping down my roof top unit. A few weeks ago, hurricane Ian hit this area with a vengeance. FMB was all but leveled. My AC survived and the straps held. What was truly remarkable post Ian when contractors were overwhelmed and unreachable, was how available Bruce Miller was to Harbour Pointe. It felt like we were moved to the top of their very long list and recieved comprehensive care in all of our 140 units. Their efforts helped us mitigate the possibility of mold and mildew developing in the SW Florida heat \u0026 humidity. We are all so grateful to Ray and Ken for their steller service at a most vulnerable time.“

He took time to make sure everything was performing perfectly at each step. He welcomed questions and his knowledge and skill was apparent.
