After extensive research and multiple failed attempts to find a reliable detailer in the Punta Gorda area, I expanded my search to Fort Myers and discovered Detail Connection and their owner, Shawn. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made for my vehicle.

From our very first interaction, Shawn demonstrated an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise. When I visited his shop to discuss the services I was interested in - paint protection film (PPF) for the entire front of my car, a full detail with clay bar treatment, a paint correction, ceramic coating and full tint all the way around- he patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through his detailed process. His commitment to providing top-notch results was evident.

Shawn and his team's work has been nothing short of exceptional. The PPF application was flawless, protecting my car's paint beautifully. The full detail left the exterior and interior spotless, and the ceramic coating has maintained that showroom-fresh look for over a year now. When I unfortunately sustained some minor damage to the PPF on my hood, Shawn quickly mobilized his dent repair specialist to remove the dent, then seamlessly replaced the film and reapplied the ceramic coating.
