Yayso Yoga

I would like to thank Yayso Yoga for a very good aerial yoga practice in July. I was visiting Fort Myers and I found an aerial yoga class to take. I was so excited! I really enjoyed taking class with David. The class welcomed me and David encouraged all of us throughout the class. If you want to try an aerial yoga class, you will love taking class at Yayso Yoga.

Went one time as they offered a free trial class for newcomers and they were so amazingly nice. They even offered us to stay for another class they had after. My friend and I loved it. I’ve been wanting to go back, but life gets in the way unfortunately. 10/10 I would definitely recommend going here for some classes. Super nice facility as well!

I had been considering Yoga for a while, I have severe back pain from scoliosis and was beginning to have mobility issues (I'm only 30!). I knew I had to do something to fight back, and I'm not a typically active person so Yoga was a good option to help with flexibility and building strength. I found Yayso yoga via a Facebook ad (because we all know they're reading our minds lol). I saw they had the Aerial Yoga which just looked like so much fun, and it was! I left the first class and was so SORE the next day but I kept at it. I'm 10 classes in and I can't believe the difference. I've never in my life been able to touch my toes but now I can put my hands flat on the ground....read full review
