“While out of state on Thanksgiving our rented condo was flooded by a neighbor’s water heater rupture. Erickson’s was called and within an hour of the water being shut off they arrived and started the emergency water damage services on Thanksgiving day no less! This process lasted about 10 days. Drilling holes, drywall removed, cabinets with counters removed, blowers and dehumidifiers plus some minor mold remediation all done. What I was most impressed by was the constant information provided by Cedric to help me understand the work being done. He was always available when I called ( how refreshing!) and provided multiple pictures with their report. He offered sage advice, made suggestions and was careful when doing the work.
The other impressive person in this company was Sarah the accounts manager. From our first conversation, she was reassuring, guided me in understanding the insurance piece and how the company handles billing. She is competent, organized and also a pleasure to work with.
