“I chose Southwest Florida Electric to install my whole house generator. The owner came to my house to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and provided me with options that none of the other companies I contacted offered. I chose a liquid cooled Kohler. Southwest expedited the permitting process for both the generator and the propane tank installation. They subcontracted the propane tank installation to Blossman. The Southwest technician, Rainier, was phenomenal. The installation was flawless from the work he did. He also explained everything in perfect detail to me.
Blossman's tank install was a little rocky, as they cut two of my irrigation lines, created a complaint incident with my neighbor and did not fill in enough dirt around the tank. They did come back and fix that, however. They missed one of the broken irrigation lines so I had my irrigation company make sure everything was repaired. Southwest called Blossman as well to ensure they understood the issues and took care of them. The registration of the Kohler was great too. Southwest provided my information to Kohler and had everything set up including the serial number for me to download the Kohler app. They also monitor the unit remotely. I was so pleased with them, I'd recommend them to anyone needing electrical services.”
