In the past, I've often found myself requesting physiotherapists and chiropractors to give me a list of exercises, as I usually forget most of the stretches and exercises by the time I get home. However, at this clinic, the physiotherapist went above and beyond without any prompt from my side.Right after my session, I was provided with a comprehensive PDF document. This wasn't just a generic list of exercises; it was a personalized and thoughtfully arranged guide with a breakdown of all the exercises we had covered, arranged in order of importance. The attention to detail was amazing – each exercise was clearly described with easy-to-understand instructions and accompanied by illustrations, making it extremely easy to follow at home.Everyone at the office was incredibly nice and empathetic. Chris took the time to understand my specific issues, addressed all my concerns with patience, and offered valuable advice to address muscle imbalances and improve my hip mobility. More specifically, I loved that the office has workout equipment so that we could go over tweaks to my form to ensure that my workouts do not aggravate my hip.I will definitely be returning!“
