I was visiting the area and was surprised, in a beautiful way, to learn that this space has a weekly Yoga Nidra session. Molly’s voice was other-worldly and the session was relaxing! And the kindness of the owner and Stephanie as well was comforting to me, as a walk-in. I will definitely be back when I am in the area again.

There are few great teachers who inspire you as you move. Nick is one of those. He speaks passionately and is very detailed on how to move your body, on what areas to tighten and how to be properly aligned. The music he uses is also real motivating, not just meditative type but blood pumping. I love this studio.

I’m a newbie to this center and have only tried yoga a few times. I called to discuss beginners classes for my daughter and I. Molly and the owner have been amazing. It’s only been a week and we’ve already taken 3 classes. No judgement, all body types and just an all around great vibe. So excited about my continued growth in this studio.
