Friendly and knowledgeable, the store is very nice and welcoming. I have an issue with my Dyson vacuum cleaner, dead battery. They checked it out at no cost and showed me where to get the battery since they dont have them. Will be coming back as soon as it arrives so they can install it. Great experience so far.
