While out of state on Thanksgiving our rented condo was flooded by a neighbor’s water heater rupture. Erickson’s was called and within an hour of the water being shut off they arrived and started the emergency water damage services on Thanksgiving day no less! This process lasted about 10 days. Drilling holes, drywall removed, cabinets with counters removed, blowers and dehumidifiers plus some minor mold remediation all done. What I was most impressed by was the constant information provided by Cedric to help me understand the work being done. We called Ericksons due multiple water leaks and other issues. They were great from the beginning. We called and spoke to Kenny and he sent someone out immediately. Cedric arrived, diagnosed the issues and was very great to work with. Kenny also came out and assessed the situation too. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, fast response and true professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. If I could give 10 starts I would. If you need help don’t look back Ericksons is your answer. Thank you for all your help.
