Last fall, Profection Lawn diagnosed my lawn with Sugar Cane Mosaic Virus. I followed up with UF/IFAs, Dr. Philip Harmon, Professor of Plant Pathology, and the diagnosis was confirmed. This virus is similar to Ganoderma in that there is no cure. In the past six months, it has spread to the entire front lawn, and the lawn must be completely replaced. No other options exist.
