This really is the best place to get tiles, john at shima tile is very pleasant and nice.
One thing I respected was that they didn’t rush us during the planning stage. We took time deciding between two backsplash styles and they stayed patient throughout the process. Installation moved quickly afterward, and the final result feels much more polished than the old kitchen ever did.

I was thoroughly satisfied with both the results and the customer service. I visited a salon, but they informed me that they couldn’t accommodate my hair appointment. I then called MAY-RAH-KEE, and they were able to take me that day. However, they encountered an issue due to the condition of my hair, as I had previously used box dye. Despite this, they ensured that they achieved as close a resemblance to my inspiration picture as possible, and I was delighted with the final result. Kayla did such a good job and everyone there made me feel welcomed. We talked the whole time and it was never awkward. I appreciate all of them for the help and not leaving me with nothing done to my hair.

This is more of a Barber Artistry place than your average barber shop. The barbers are young adults, each with their own cool vibes. Very friendly and inviting. Great respect and admiration for their craft. This isn't Great Clips and straight haircuts. Haircut was best I've had in years. All the barbers are excellent. I went with Kelvin the artist!
My husband and baby go here and they James never disappoint us they are professional and keep the shop clean The barbers/stylist there are patient a gentle when my 19 month old goes in there for a cut even though he won’t stay still lol and the prices are not bad either definitely recommend coming here

When I lived in Ft Myers years ago I met Erick and stuck with him. He can cut any type of hair. I moved to Naples and tried others. I always went back to him because of how solid he is. I moved to Lehigh and tried again, but no one can cut me like him. Thanks Erick…. Now I have to drive to Cape to get cut. Haha. Congrats on finding a new spot!

Isaac is the G. O. A. T.!! He’s been cutting my son’s hair for the past 3 summers that he’s been down in FL. He’s also started cutting my dad’s hair regularly and this guy NEVER misses! He gives my dad a shave and cut that shaves years off his life and restores his confidence. He sends my son home with cool designs that makes his little 7 year old heart happy. Everyone in the shop is very kind and welcoming. My dad took my son to another shop that messed his hairline up and Isaac stayed later to allow me to bring him in to fix it and I’m forever grateful. It’s one thing to have the skills, but when you add top tier customer service and kindness to it, he’s second to none! 10/10-i highly recommend!!

However, I don't love it because it wasn't exactly what I asked for. I brought in an inspiration photo and requested a butterfly cut, honey caramel balayage, dark roots, and soft money pieces. While the result is pretty, it came out more like soft honey highlights than the balayage look I had in mind. For the amount I spent, I was hoping for something closer to my inspiration photo.

Matt did an excellent job. He came out on a rainy Saturday night and identified the problem caused by a contractor. He explained every process and showed how the drain camera identified the problem.
We purchased our home in September. It was renovated after Ian. The tub in one of our bathrooms has always drained slowly then eventually stopped draining at all. We set up an appointment with Avis, quickly, and we do not regret it at all! We were notified when the tech was 10 minutes out! He arrived on time and within the window we were told! NOAH, introduced himself and immediately got to work! Noah actually had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access the pipe with the clog. He explained everything to me before hand. Noah was able to unclog the pipe and he actually went above and beyond anything I expected. He cleaned the tub, replaced hardware we had taken off, sealed off the access point in the wall and cleaned the debri! I didn’t expect any of that… he’s a plumber! The price was beyond fair, response time faster than expected, and the repair quality was above par!! Thank you Noah and Avis for the excellent work performed!! If recommend Noah and Avis to anyone needing basic plumbing work done!!!

Had a couple of other plumbers come over to provide a solution to replace 2 old toilets - one was more interested in selling us a home water filtration system and the other said they don't have anything in stock. Superior was the only one who did some research and provided a solution - They did what we needed and did an excellent job installing the toilets - and fixing the main shutoff. Will use them again. Strongly recommend!

Had them replace a shut off valve and check the other 3shut off valves to see if they needed replaced, they were 100% honest and said, nope, they were good.

While I was in the hospital I realized that I would need a handheld shower system in my shower. Harmony worked together with a friend of mine to get it installed and ready for when I got home. I had Lewis from Always Affordable Electric come out to diagnose electrical issues on my dock, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
After having a previous electrician take money for parts and never come back, I was understandably frustrated and skeptical. Lewis was the second electrician to look at the problem, and from the start he was professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
What really impressed me was his dedication to finding the actual problem. He didn't take shortcuts or make assumptions. He literally crawled under my muddy, wet dock to inspect the wiring and diagnose the issue the right way. Many people would have taken the easy route, but Lewis put in the effort to thoroughly troubleshoot everything and explain what he found.
Given the condition of the wiring, he could have easily told me it wasn't fixable. Instead, he carefully diagnosed the issues, explained my options, and got everything working properly. Now all of the power and lights on the dock are working again.
Lewis is smart, hardworking, and takes pride in doing things the right way. After my previous experience, it was refreshing to find someone who was honest, dependable, and genuinely focused on solving the problem.

We used RJ for our dishwasher which he is currently diagnosing and has replaced a seal to keep water from leaking .. he is still having to figure it out but we like his attitude, lol. We are waiting for a good outcome as he is too, I am sure!

We had two visits from Customer Care with two different technicians. The first identified the problem in about 20 minutes but didn't have the required part which was a special order. The second technician removed and installed the new part in about 15 minutes. Both were professional, friendly and pretty efficient. It took less than a week to get the part and now all is working perfectly. It was a warranty call so I cannot talk to costs.

Amazing work. I was gifted a rug from my family that was very old and had been my great grandmothers. It had not been taken very good care but after the cleaning it was so vibrant and full of life! After 2 terrible experiences with floor installation, I found Master Touch Tile and Stone. I met with Carolina and she was awesome! From picking out the tile to the finished product, the process went so smoothly! They covered everything in the house as they worked and took great care to be careful with moving furniture around, as we had the entire home done. Ron sent updated photos to us and kept us well informed as the job went on. Upon completion, they cleaned the entire floor and wiped down countertops etc. They even changed the filters!! Our floor is amazing! I would recommend them 200%!

After 6 years, and most other stuff with the house is done. I decided it was time to do a refresh of my front yard. When I moved in back in 2020 I had a pool installed and I used Evergreen to install a sprinkler system and replace my entire lawn since much of it was a mess following the pool. I used website email to reach the Shawn again for this job. His wife contacted me and we set up an appointment. Shawn came by gave me some good add`l ideas I hadn`t thought about and we agreed on terms. I gave him what he asked for to start and the majority balance at completion. Being we`ve worked together before this may not be normal practice and was not the first time, so just understand that. Nice work, prompt, ensures you are satisfied & very easy to work with. On October 25, 2023, we had our poinciana tree trimmed by A Plus Tree Service Inc in Cape Coral. We chose A Plus for three reasons: 1)they were highly recommended by our neighbors; and we saw the quality job they did on their trees 2) they are arborists, which to me, means they are the experts and 3) they did a nice job of trimming this same tree last year.To start, the process was easy! And they were quick to respond to me and schedule me. To tell you the truth, my conversations were by text. Plus, I was able to send them pictures of the tree along with my address. Shortly after that, they gave me a price without coming to my house. Once I agreed on the cost and scheduled a date, they sent an agreement for me to sign to my email. And what I liked the best is that there are four options to pay for their services.When A Plus arrived, they trimmed the lower canopy elevation, interior thinning, balancing and top reduction. Dr. Sherry is absolutely amazing! He takes the time to explain everything he’s doing throughout the procedure and constantly checks to make sure you’re comfortable. What I appreciate most is his honesty and integrity, he never recommends unnecessary work just to make an extra buck. Instead, he clearly explains all of your treatment options and lets you make the decision that’s best for you, without any pressure.

Dr Gostout, Valerie and Michelle are fantastic along with the rest of the team. I called over the weekend and Michelle called me Sunday night to set up an appointment Monday at 8:00 AM. I was leaving on vacation Wednesday and Dr Gostout, had me ready to go. Michelle called to check on me Tuesday. If I needed further care they were going to handle it. I would recommend anyone to this dentist office. They actually get to know their patients and they actually CARE!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness.

I have to say that Dr. Natalia May is the first dentist that I feel comfortable with. Dr. Natalia is very honest, caring, and informative, Her assurance of providing me the best care with minimal discomfort. She was on point as she and her assistant talked me through the extraction procedure and all went well.
On my 3rd visit I had crowns done on my front teeth. I felt a sense of confidence and didnt hide my smile even when i had the temporary set. Thank you to this great team of professionals for their wonderful expertise.

I cannot recommend Dr. Tony enough! My 1 year old had not been feeling good he had been very fussy and clingy. I also thought since he’d started walking maybe he could use an adjustment Dr Tony saw one of his legs a little longer than the other he did a quick adjustment and literally within minutes my son who’d been very lethargic acting and under weather all day, perked up- stopped clinging to me, wanted to be put down walked over started playing with crayons and then slept through the night for the first time in a LONG time. He also is whom my son and I see whenever we are sick with colds etc he always gets us over the ailments very quickly!

Brought my dog to see Dr Ziemba. The assistant and the vet were quite nice and not rushing thru anything..i typically go to the larger facility but i think this will be our new office from now on..both are part of Viscaya Prado group, but this one is more personable.
I have been using Cape Coral Pet Vet since 2017 and I can't say enough good things about this practice! The front office staff are always happy and extremely helpful, and the vet staff is truly top-notch. We have been taking our dog to East West Veterinary Care Center for several years and the staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. Our dog also stays for boarding very often and she loves it there! We highly recommend them!
Veterinarians are very knowledgeable, and kind. Good with the animals and the pet parents. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. It usually does not take very long to get an appointment. They do have emergency hours at night if needed. Large selection of veterinary pet foods available. ? We have 2 cats. One is 12 weeks old, and one is 17. I trust them with care for Both of them. Love this place!
Recently, I had the very difficult decision to put my dog Lily down, as she fought congestion heart failure and finally kidney failure. As with anyone ,who truly loves and cares for their family pets, it was devastating.
My cats and dogs have long experienced the Great care, genuine compassion , and knowledgable guidance from Dr. Schumann. To say she is outstanding and truly has the passion, love, and knowledge to be a Vet is an understatement. She not only guided me thru the care of my Lily and her illness, but her knowledge and very helpful, gentle attention, and experience helped Lily live a quality of life which may not have been possible. Her patience, empathy, and love of animals is outstanding. Her communication is wonderful , for me, to be educated on what was going on with Lily made all the difference! My heart will be forever grateful, that SHE made an unbearable task, bearable, knowing I had made the right choice for the one that mattered Lily! We moved from the Chgo area 3 years ago. I had the same groomer for 43 years & was dreading finding one in Cape Coral. Our realtor gave us the recommendation of Helena who owns Pet Crazy. We had 2 small dogs at the time & took both to her for grooming. If I didn’t know it I would have thought my old groomer did it, she’s incredible! She also pet sits my one dog now at her home in Cape Coral. She’s an animal lover & very trustworthy.
Kathy and her daughter are awesome groomers. Very gentle and kind and do an awesome job with my very fussy Havanese can be sometimes difficult but they Handel him kindly and always do a great job. I would recommend Kathy

The massage was good. I received a 90 minute prenatal massage. I am currently eight months pregnant. When asked about areas that I need worked on. I said my lower back and feet. She didn’t massage my feet at all. Really just rubbed oil on them. Being so far as I am in pregnancy my feet and back hurt the most. I really would’ve just liked my feet to be massaged. Other than that, It was a good massage.
Karen gives such a fantastic massage. I am not in Flouda but a few months a year and one of the reasons I look forward to my return is the incredible massage she gives. Karen does all the right techniques including a warm eye mask, hot towels, all special touches that set her apart from other therapists. Best part are the sore muscles she pays attention to that make u feel better as soon as u leave.
Facial was absolutely glorious.. part massage part facial.. delicious. The products are top notch. What a great experience! ❤

Paul has been our family masseuse for almost 30 years! He’s wonderful and amazing at his craft. Anytime I have an injury, he always works it out for me, so I avoid worse injuries or surgery. He has healing hands. Highly recommend him for his expertise and knowledge in the body. I don’t even have to tell him what’s wrong because he finds it and fixes it.

Jenniffer is amazing! I have been seeing her for a few years now, and she does a fantastic job getting all my lumps and bumps out! I have neck and back problems from a past car accident and combine that with a job that requires me sitting at a desk all day, I can get quite lumpy with painful muscle knots. I am not the easiest to work on, but Jen manages to get them worked out for me! She really is awesome and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks Jen!!!
Lynn has been my massage therapist since I moved to Cape Coral 2 1/2 years ago. She is very knowledgeable about many different massage techniques, and is an instructor at a massage school in Fort Myers. For me, she uses a combination of techniques such as myofascial, deep tissue, etc to release the tension and soreness in my neck, shoulders, lower back and hips as she works on my entire body. Her massage clinic is professional, clean, soothingly decorated and relaxing. I highly recommend her.

I suffered and struggled with pain and limited range of motion due a frozen shoulder for a long time. In addition I have a a an issue that cases pain in leg and pelvic muscles. I have been to PT for these issues before, with mixed results. Dr. Sandy Gardner from Back in Motion in Cape Coral has been a game changer for me. She is more knowledgable and thorough in her evaluation and treatments than I have ever experienced. She explains the what and the why of the treatments (ie: what muscles, bones etc) This provides info that helps me help myself. She takes the time time answer all my questions (I ask many), address concerns, and explain/demonstrate treatments. Her concern for her patients well-being and safety is genuine. She taught me many exercises to do at home and that helps immensely. She even videos me doing the exercises so I won’t forget them all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sandy and the staff at BIM Cape Coral. Anna runs the front desk, and so much more. She is sweet and helpful. She is the go to person for everything! I actually enjoy going to PT here. ❤

Shout out to the team at Cora Cape Coral. Especially Taylin, Lester and Palmer. They used their unique skills in physical therapy to guide me back to normal after shoulder surgery.
