Took our 5 month old lab puppy in with a broken femur. The minute we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and secure in the attention everyone was giving Harper. The surgeon, Dr Carballo, was amazing. Kind and caring. Took a lot of time explaining the operation and called personally when it was over to let us know how our baby was doing. I wouldn’t wish a trip to an emergency vet on anyone, but if you ever need one, this is the place to go!
Everyone was super helpful we got help right away our puppy was not too badly hurt thankfully and I felt that the charges were very fair late Saturday when most places are closed the staff was great
The entire staff is great! Everything runs smoothly and I was kept informed continually. They take interest in owners feedback and are really wonderful when you need them most! I can’t say enough! 💖💖
