The technician was on time. He put booties over his shoes to protect my floors. I showed him the areas of concern and he began thoroughly checking for the infestation. He treated the areas and then asked if he could look in other areas. He found ants in some of those and applied treatments.He explained what he was doing and how I should fill some openings where entry points were.This was such a good service call that I phoned the company to compliment Andrew (I think hat is his name).Service: Ant extermination

We have been clients of Certified Pest Control for several years. The technicians are polite, in uniform, and on time. Occasionally we have needed a trouble call. They have quickly responded to the problem with no additional charge.I need to mention the office staff, in particular, Misty. Misty is the voice of Certified, she is the one taking calls, arranging schedules, and all in all making my experience as a client seamless. It doesn't matter how good a company's product or service is if they don't have customer service to back it up my business goes elsewhere. The tech who came to my home last month went beyond the call of his job duties. I had a problem with tiny bugs near my bathroom window and asked the tech to spray. The tech was determined to find the source of where the bugs were coming from and found them in my bathroom closet in a Corduroy bag filled with rice or beans that was used as a microwaveable heating pad. Kudos to him for a job well done!Service: General pest inspection
