Today I was stranded with my young child in the Floorz parking lot due to unexpected circumstances. I had no way to leave and wasn’t offered any assistance from the fmpd. Upon the store opening an employee pulled into the parking lot, parked his vehicle and was heading inside for his shift. I politely approached him explaining my situation and he unhesitatingly offered to help. I was stranded for two hours with a hungry 4 year old and this complete stranger was my saving grace. We are redoing our house and dealt with Travis he was amazing gave us great advice and was very responsive through the whole process.
Tim the installer was equally amazing along with his coworker. They explained the process daily and completed the installation on time. Very tidy also.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Floorz and Tim for any flooring project a person may have coming up.
