Samantha is like no other massage therapist! She is so in tune with what work I need done. I have been booking appointments since January.When I go in, Samantha does an assessment and figures out where my tension is every time and what I need: relaxation, deep tissue, cupping…the list goes on…her expertise is amazing!Samantha’s wealth of knowledge is endless.I highly recommend Samantha. She’s AWEsome!

Samantha had a deep understanding of her craft. I wasn't really sure what kind of massage I needed so I left it up to her. The 90 minutes went too fast. Between her skills with massage, personality, and ambiance it was an experience I recommend to anyone.

I specialize in Deep Tissue for pain relief, increase ROM, Athletes, sedentary lifestyles, and recovery. My number one goal is to relieve your pain without causing excess stress to the tissue. Scientific studies have shown that stress decreases digestion, vagal tone, immunity, and circulation. Stress increases cortisol (which causes inflammation), muscle tension, blood pressure and trigger point sensitivity. What if I can tell you I can give you a deep tissue without stress to your already stressed tissue!
