We have done several projects with Northern Contracting and cannot say enough about the quality of their workmanship and the professional manner in which they operate. Excellent company!

We are preparing our home and lanai to be painted.
Had many questions and needed help in making decisions. The project manager Steve went out of his way to come over and help us. He was so kind and patient and made us feel very comfortable even when we repeated the same questions over and over. We are getting old :)
And Libby in the office is so friendly and helpful whenever we call, which is often.
Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Cannot wait to see the end result!

I had been dealing with an extremely foul odor inside and outside of my doorway for days. I contacted the managing company and could not determine the source. Mike from Northern contracting came to check the situation and within 10 minutes determined the problem. Not only did he find the problem he also eliminated the mess. Mike,we can not thank you enough, and recommend you to anyone who needs an honest answer on home related issues.
