We recently completed a home with Harden on Beacon Cove Lane in Fort Myers. We are giving a 5-star review because the finished product is truly beautiful.
Our lot presented a unique challenge—it was approximately 150 feet wide at the street but narrowed to just 30 feet at the back along a small lake. As the last home in an established community it also brought other challenges as well.

Harden has been working with me on the design and construction of my first custom home and I couldn’t be happier! I have nothing but great things to say about them, Mark is incredibly experienced in our local area which was important to me since I had a few requests that weren’t typical for builds in this area (things like spray foam insulated attic, cargo trusses at each attic entrance, exhaust vents inside the showers, and a make up air vent integrated into the range hood).
