She was extremely thorough and explained each procedure and step using the latest technology. Because my eyes were adjusting, I had to return to her for a different prescription. I was able to get an appointment and a revised prescription at no charge. Her professionalism, service and integrity have me as a loyal patient. I highly recommend her.“
“I made an appointment with Dr. Alessi staff a few weeks ago for February 3rd for an eye exam. I am an engineer and always read reviews and observe procedures. I arrived at Collin Vision 25 minutes early to complete forms, as it was my first visit. From reception, I made 3 stops into various rooms for what I refer to as pre-exam and not a minute wasted.The team that set the sequence/procedure for each patient did a phenomenal job, as there truly was not a minute wasted as you would experience in other offices. Just like clockwork to the final stage where Dr. Alessi did the final exam, I sincerely felt like I had a through inspection/exam when I departed the office. I was in for glaucoma test and feel like I have my eyes with the best and highly recommend Dr. Alessi and her staff. Why go to the 2nd best?“

“Yesterday was my first time there since the Quigley Group has taken over, and I am very skeptical about it, but will keep an open mind for now. I understand Dr. Auchiche's decision to move to John Hopkins, but (1) will miss him and the way West Coast was run and (2) not happy with the way the change happened. We were not given any warning.I am very happy with Dr. Judd and happy to see he is still there, but with the many issues I've had over the years with my eyes, I always liked and felt comfortable knowing Dr. Auchiche was near by if needed. I personally have issues with the fact that any good Dr. (of any type of practice) has to go on television to blow their own horn, (ie., Quigley and/or Frantz) and you never see him, you only see a Corporation Dr.!This was the reason when I first moved to Florida and was recommended to the Dr. Frantz group that I left them, after a few visits there and never once seeing him I changed to Dr. Auchiche. My first visit was with him, we went over all my past issues and he actually acted as if he cared about me and his patients. So like I said, yesterday went well, and I will keep an open mind for now.“

“Timely and efficient—respectful that their patients have other things to do than wait in a doctor’s office. Minimal wait time, Friendly staff and thorough examination. Dr. Quigley seemed relaxed and ready to answer questions, if need be. He was also friendly and proficient. He seemed surprised that I didn’t have cataracts because I now understand that is his area of accomplishment and specialization. I also got my prescription filled in their optical department. Lynn at the Southpoint office has seen (see what I did there?) more than her fair share of those wading through the deep of picking a perfect frame. She was helpful, knowledgeable, so sweet and with a style radar that was dialed in. Having her assistance was like having your mom or best friend along. I feel like I received my first pair of glasses back within a week which surprised me as it was in the midst of holidays. I would recommend them without hesitation.“

“I have severe glaucoma in one eye and Dr. Stephens has been a great ophthalmologist for me. He is the only one of the 9 ophthalmologists I have seen, in offices throughout the country, who has actually talked to me about my glaucoma and the different surgical options that would work best for me. And he answered all of my questions. I had two surgeries with him, and his surgical skills are superb. The second surgery brought my pressure down from 27 to 9 which is fantastic. I never thought my pressure could be that low. And, I don't have to take any more drops in that eye. Everyone in the office I go to in Estero and the surgical office is very friendly and helpful. I used to really dread going to eye appointments, but now I look forward to them.“
