There are lots of pilates establishments in Naples, but it is worth it to me to drive all the way to Fort Myers to attend her classes. She is so knowledgeable and caring; she ensures that everyone is doing every movement precisely and correctly. Additionally, unlike other pilates studios she limits her class sizes to 5 students at a time, so you really do get personalized attention.“
