Come To Life Yoga

The instructors at Come To Life Yoga made me feel welcome. As a yoga newbie, I was unsure of how I'd do but Randi made me feel confident, comfortable and guided me through the experience effortlessly. My second class was with Kim and she is an absolute master of her craft. Her guidance through the movements was completely seamless, it all just flowed together so beautifully. The guidance she provided through each pose and how it related to the body and mind was amazing. The sound bath experiences at both classes were... wow... indescribable. I cannot wait to learn and grow with these amazing women!

I participated in the Advanced Sound Healing Practitioner Training present by Come to Life Yoga with Kim and Sam. Kim and Sam are extremely passionate about what they do, and it shows by how they engage and are truly excited to not only share the knowledge, but also the want for you to experience the magic first-hand. We were given a substantial amount of hands-on learning with a variety of sound healing instruments, with the freedom to truly explore, experience, and openly ask questions as well as discuss the things that were coming up for us. I joined Kimberly for a yoga retreat in Key West in August 2022. She was very welcoming and personalized the experience for myself and the other participant. I really enjoyed her yoga teaching style as she shared specifically how to flow in to each pose and the benefit of each position. Her classes were a delight!
