I walked into Visions Barbershop just as Andrew as finishing and waved me over. He was able to fit me in before his next client as I wanted a trim. I did have 2-3 selfies to give him an idea. Very calm, kind, fun to chat with but also focused. When he was nearly done, he turned me around to look in the mirror. It looked almost better than what I'd had in LA. I've found a new regular and am very satisfied. Give him a chance! Great place/great location with easy parking. Vibe inside is relaxed, calm, quiet background music and nice big window into the courtyard. I was fortunate to get in. I'll book an appointment next time for hair and beard. Price was so reasonable.

I have been to a couple of nail salons in the Palm Springs and Palm Desert area and I must say that The Nail Gallery is the one place that feels like home. The quality service, excellent communication, professional and art that they create is a wonderful experience that is sure to have you as a repeat customer. Vu is amazing and great at remembering names of clientele. If there is one place you should look into for a pedicure or manicure, this is it! Take my word for it! Dana is amazing with providing an excellent pedicure.

The owners, a lovely gentleman and lady, have been serving the community for over 30 years, and their experience shines through. I've struggled to find someone in the Coachella Valley who truly understands hard gel fills, but Nails Today exceeded my expectations. They have the knowledge and expertise to do it right! I'm already planning my next visit for a pedicure. Highly recommend!

Leyna was a gentle touch with my superb deluxe pedicure of paraffin wax and callous removal. She was relentless in targeting areas on my feet that really needed help. The place was clean and very sanitary with massage chairs and well lit surroundings. All employees were hard working and attentive to their customers. I would highly recommend a pedicure from this place, and if you can, requesting Leyna.

I just found Nicole at Thairapy — and she is officially my new go-to hair stylist! My hair was long overdue for a makeover, and Nicole truly delivered. She took the time to sit down with me and really listen to what I wanted. We deepened the overall color and added lowlights to tone down the brassy highlights — the result was exactly what I had in mind.
Nicole also gave me the haircut I’ve been trying to get for ages but was never able to achieve with previous stylists. I really appreciated how she checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure we were on the same page.

Last weekend was my first brow appointment with Flor and it was such an amazing experience! I was so intimidated by the idea of going to someone who specializes in waxing since I have spent so many years going to nail salons for the service since it's cheap and something easy you can walk-in and do. I was worried that whoever I went to next would judge me (and my brows), but that was not that case at all!When I arrived to the Benefit section of Macy's I was greeted by the sweetest sales person at the counter who let me know Flor would be right back. (I was a few minutes early because I was nervous!) Flor arrived within seconds and was so kind and welcoming. I knew right away that I made the right decision to book an appointment with her! She introduced herself and asked me a little bit about my previous experience with Benefit, previous experience with waxing/threading, and then asked about my skin. I think it's incredibly thorough of her to start an appointment with an understanding of her client's skin. That's something that I had never experience before!Then, Flor started mapping out where the start, end, and peak of the brow should be based on my face structure and nose. This part was so much fun for me because it was a learning experience for me as well as a way for her to let me know what my brows can look like if I continue visiting Benefit's Brow Bar. We discussed the goals I have for my brows (symmetry, symmetry, symmetry!!) and she let me know her exact plan of action before even mixing the wax. 5 STARS RIGHT HERE ALONE!Flor proceeded to start the waxing process and it went over very well. She managed to do the waxing, AND walk me through any changes in posture or head movement to help get the right angles, AND ALSO ask me questions about who I am and what I do. It was incredible! It made me feel welcomed in the space, made me feel confident about what my brows would look like, and helped build that sense of community that is often lacking at other brow establishments. I am incredibly happy with how my brows came out. We have a plan on how to get them where I want them to be over time, but I understand that it's a process since I am hoping to get a bit of hair growth back. And we were able to get my next appointment on the books at a time that works for me. Overall, an incredible experience! I recommended Flor and the Benefit Brow Bar at Macy's for anyone looking to FIX THEIR BROW GAME! I'm so excited to see her next month!

Another 5 star experience with Alex from iQ plumbing. Our hot water heater pilot light went out again and we weren’t able to light it. Alek had replaced the thermocouple 2 years earlier. This time he replaced the ignition. I appreciated that he didn’t just try to get me to buy an entirely new system. He was quick, professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. I texted him just before 8am and he had the hot water heater functioning again before noon.

I opted for an annual membership which includes a review of both the plumbing and the electrical systems in the house. As expected, the inspections were thorough and both the plumber and the electrician were very skilled and experienced. We’ve done business with this company for years and I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service, knowledge, expertise, and dedication to their craft.
They sent Efrain Palafox at my house when I was having issue on my the tankless water heater and he was able to fix it in no time. He was in time and he's very good in explaining the problem. Second time calling Chris Wilson Plumbing & HVAC. The technician was prompt and efficient. He knew what to do and explained everything fully and clearly. The price was great for what he did. The drain in the shower was backed up and according to him it was not cleaned properly for years. So he did that and quickly found the root of the problem.

Grayco repaired my illuminated address sign on my house. While the electrician was there, I asked about stringing color party lights in my backyard. The electrician set us up with their company designer. The designer was great! He suggested upgrading the landscape lights instead of stringing party lights. We did it, and we love it. The designer provided all the paperwork that our HOA needed to approve the architectural request. 5-stars for repairing my address light. 5-stars for beautifying our backyard. 5-stars for fast service.

Richard at solo chemdry is just the best. He cleaned our carpets, And this was a tough job. The carpets are very light and the dirt was really showing. Carpets now look absolutely new. He also cleaned the grout on our tile floors. 15 years of buildup and the grout and tile now look brand new. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

D&R Flooring did a great job on our small but complex project - installing Duchateau Forma wood tiles on our living room wall and kitchen ceiling. These tiles - especially the 3D ones - are tricky to align and cut neatly. Carlos and his team did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the result. Everything lines up perfectly, and they were able to achieve what we wanted with nearly zero waste. They were on-time and on-budget too. We struggled to find folks in the desert who could work with this product and do what we wanted. D&R came through and I would recommend them gladly!

We hired Numark Renovations for two recent remodeling projects, and they knocked both out of the park. Jorge was easy to work with from the very first conversation and is always very responsive. Since I'm a snowbird Purchase Green offered to bring samples to our HOA to approve the project and they did everything remotely and put me in touch with the water district to obtain a rebate which further lowered my cost. The whole project was made simple as our HOA is very familiar with their work and they were able to replace my lawn in a days work. Been going to Total Care Dentistry for the last 6 years. The office is a very smooth running machine. I love the staff and hygienists, that’s primarily why I stuck with them. Look, there are A LOT of dentists offices in the desert that are franchises of large conglomerates with poor service, sales pressure and high hygienist turnover. Dr. Kim’s office is an independent business and Dr. Kim cares for his patients and staff as a small business owner. Dr. Daddio retired, and he was a good general dentist so I was sad to see him go, but Dr. Kim has continued in that spirit and the office still does good work.
I have to say, going to the dentist is suddenly a pleasure rather than a chore. Erin and Bri up front are both amazing. They are both thorough, pleasant, and personable. Sid and Brook go the extra mile to ensure comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. Dr Hishmeh has a reassuring and genuine presence. He calmly explained the procedure, answered all of my questions and has a gentle kindness that is second to none. Thank you to everyone!
Best dentist office I've ever been to. The whole office makes you feel like a member of the family. You get very personalized attention, and Dr. Samir listens. If you have a problem, he thinks outside the box to fix it. My retainers had a flaw and caused gum issues slowly over time. He had me bring them in and fixed them for me. Every visit is that personal.
I always dreaded going to the dentist when I was a youngster. I remember my first cavity and filling. Going to the dentist nowadays is a pleasurable experience. Advances in science, education, techniques, technology, equipment, materials lead the way. But nothing beats talent. Finding the most talented dentist and the most talented hygienist is not done by searching the web. Reviews are not comparable. What is good for one may be bad for another. Not so with my review. You will not find a more talented doctor of dentistry or hygenist or better equipped facility than the Dell'Acqua Choi Dental Studio in Palm Desert.
Dr. Nishikubo is a very talented dentist and a real gentleman. His office was kind enough to work me in after I lost a cap while on vacation here in Palm Desert. Friends of ours here recommended him to me. I highly recommend him as well.

Dr. Bradshaw visit at the house was the best thing I could do for my 18 years old Kiki. Together with her assistant they play with her and pad her as they took blood and check everything from heart beat and lungs to her teeth and ears. Best experience ever with the best, most compassionate vet!

The vet. Was knowledgeable about what my dogs needs were, empathetic to my situation and offered , what I felt was great advice.
First time visit with Mary Hall was a great experience. My cat is having issues with over grooming and she was quickly able to diagnose that it was probably a food allergy. My baby was less than thrilled to be at the vet (spicy spice) and her team was able to handle him so that he could get his examination quickly. I appreciated that she said that it was probably a food allergy when she could’ve pushed for expensive skin testing and or blood tests when it seems to not be necessary. Otis went home with a new prescription food and some ointment, and also some calming meds for his next visit and I would say the price was extremely fair. I will be bringing him & his brother here for future treatments.

This was a wonderful experience, having my dog groomed here! The atmosphere is so calm with all the dogs finding a spot either in the window seat on puffy dog beds or just hanging out. Never seen anything like it. I took my baby poodle there and besides coming out Perfectly beautiful, She was spunky and very proud of herself! This was the best experience ever Courtney is an amazing Groomer! I have found my new spot for my four dogs!

I brought my very anxious chiweenie in for a nail trim and warned the staff ahead of time that she can be extremely difficult. They immediately reassured me and told me to walk in anytime. Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.
Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.
If you have a nervous or challenging dog, this is absolutely the place to go. They truly take the time to do things right and handle pets with compassion. Thank you, Colton, for going above and beyond.

SOOO glad I checked this place out. Took a 90 min 26/2 and showed up way too early but honestly loved having time to see the space. It’s BIG with two rooms and my class was in the smaller one which I was obsessed with. Instructor was clearly seasoned…you know when you can just TELL. Front desk was super chill and I somehow scored the cutest retail deal + a free sticker (yes please). Also traveling right now and being able to book on ClassPass app made it convenient.
Locker rooms are legit…lots of space, showers fully stocked, big vanity moment. And OK the BEST part…she did foot reflexology at the end like stood on our feet (with a towel) and I swear I would go back for that alone. SOOO good.
Only thing…very minor…studio could use a little deep clean soon. Nothing crazy, still a 5 star experience and I WILL be back. I love a classic hot yoga vibe and this one hits.
I’ve been practicing Pilates consistently for four years, and I must say that, among all the studios I’ve explored from Orange County to Palm Desert, this is undoubtedly my favorite. Each session leaves me with new insights, and I always emerge feeling invigorated after a comprehensive full-body workout. The balance of challenge offered here is perfect, making it accessible for all levels, particularly for those who are more advanced. It truly is a remarkable experience!

Hi! I receive massages and sound healing from Billy and have been for over two years. He is amazing. He knows by his expert trained touch just where all the knots are, concrete as he kids me, in my case. I walk in, often slightly slower because I waited too long between appointments. We both know what that means. A little pain at the beginning for the amazing results when I walk out, smiling and remembering to schedule my next two week appointment so it’s a bit easier on both of us. The sound bath is amazing though I admit to often falling asleep since he has now gotten my muscles to relax so they respond better for the remainder of my session. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

As a massage therapist for over 30 yrs myself, I have high standards, and the experience exceeded them. Mina's knowledge of anatomy was evident, with each stroke perfectly aligned with muscle fibers and my tension patterns. Her ability to seamlessly blend therapeutic deep tissue work with relaxation techniques showed a true mastery of her craft. I especially appreciated her attention to joint mobilization. My girl friend and I found Nancy and Lucinda did a great job with meeting our massage needs. The outside of the building is not a good representation of the quality of the inside. The place is great, Nancy was really strong and able to get deep into the muscle while also gentle. Lucinda did a great job with the right amount of pressure. Overall we left with another couples massage booked.

After a few weeks of sever shoulder pain, I went to a highly rated chiropractor for help. He was very nice but my pain only worsened. It got so bad that I had to go to the Eisenhower urgent care because I could barely move. Nothing seemed to be working month of shoulder pain. After some research and suggestions from others, I looked into acupuncture. I was very hesitant at first, like most people, the thought of needles being stuck all over my body was anxiety inducing. This is the Best acupuncture spot in Palm Desert! Dr. Orozco really has a special talent for his work. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about cosmetic acupuncture and made sure to listen carefully to my concerns and preferences. I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole experience.
I would like to thank Dr. Kim. I honestly did not believe that something like acupuncture needles in my body was going to make a difference. The first session I felt almost nothing, the second still not much, but by the third and fourth sessions I noticed a big difference. I suffer from severe, widespread pain, and while there is no cure for my condition, Dr. Kim promised to help make it more tolerable and she truly did. My symptoms are now so much more manageable, and I can finally live a happier life with less pain. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone dealing with chronic pain.
I had a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder, and it was very painful. I researched the internet for a qualified acupuncturist and found June. In addition to the shoulder problem, I was having severe digestive issues (GERD) and some liver problems. The first time I went to her office in Palm Desert I could hardly walk up the short two flights of stairs to get to her clinic. Not I can walk up and down in a bris and normal fashion. June immediately went to work on my issues and the shoulder tear is healed without surgery, my digestive problems are almost completely healed, and my liver is well on its way to recovery. June is not only skilled at acupuncture but is also very knowledgeable and experienced at ancient Chinese forms of medicine and healing. I am not a true believer in miracles' but what she accomplished for me is nothing short of a miracle. I have recommended several friends to her and they all speak very highly of her skills. I would recommend that anyone looking for an alternative form of healing (as opposed to drugs with devastating side effects) seek her out. You will not be disappointed.
