Aaron is our tech, and he always schedules his visits around my schedule, and I am very particular with timing around baby nap times and he always accommodates what I need and shows up on time! He is very friendly and considerate. Definitely recommend this company!
I called Dan Only th minute I realized that our A/C was not owrking properly and James was at our house within an hour and had us back up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival. Very propmt, professional and courteous service. The only place I'll call when we need help!

Aras Pilates in Indian Wells is absolutely phenomenal! Every instructor there is dynamite — it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or advanced, they meet you where you are and push you in the best way. I’m fairly new and was a bit nervous at first, but the instructors made me feel so welcomed and supported. Their guidance is top-notch, and I can already see my body starting to change more than with anything else I’ve tried. I don’t ever want to miss a class — it’s that awesome! Definitely come — you’ll thank me for it!
Abril is an amazing person, very attentive, professional, and kind. She was so patient with me because I’m extremely ticklish, which has always made it difficult for me to get massages. She took the time to help me feel comfortable and find a way to give me a back massage without making me too ticklish. I truly appreciate her patience and kindness. Now, whenever I need a massage, I always go to her! Highly recommend her! 🤞🏻

I just received the most wonderful facial with sugaring (instead of waxing) . The service was performing by Zeina (the owner) and she took special care as I have extremely sensitive skin . She also used products by Babor which were very creamy and felt so great on my normally itchy skin . The room was located on a beautiful view of a garden and was very relaxing
I had such a great experience with Valeria! She was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The back massage felt amazing and helped me completely relax, and the facial was incredible. My skin felt so refreshed and I left with the best glow! Yesi is the absolute best massage around. We have been seeing her for decades and we keep coming back. You may find a cheaper massage elsewhere, but you won't find a better massage anywhere. Located inside of a chiropractor's office, it's quiet, dark and relaxing. Can't wait for my next one!

When I first moved out here from Oakland I struggled with first impressions i couldn’t score a job after interviews I was socially awkward but I called this place they just threw me in there and I showed what I can do got hired after 3 months big shout out to Rick James hopefully your still there after all these years.
We are so extremely happy with Ponderific! We had a skimmer that wouldn't skim, the motor wasn't big enough and the last person that serviced it made a mess, Ray the expert that came out sized up the situation and worked for hours making it right! It's amazing and he was very polite, on time and extremely professional! Ray replaced the motor with the correct size, cleaned up the near disaster left by the previous pond maintenance company and the pond is doing fabulous! We're so happy that Ponderific is such a professional company that really comes through and even explains everything they're doing so you are in the know! We will be ever grateful that Ponderific saved our pond and more importantly our beloved Koi! We will keep them as our main pond guys from here on out! Thank you Ed Brown for sending Ray the genius! It's June 4 - so officially summer season in the desert. Giovanni was very welcoming and answered all my questions upon checkin.
The locker room attendant found me perfectly-sized slippers and a robe that actually fits me (I'm currently size 18W).
I had the locker room and amenities all to myself and enjoyed the outdoor showers, jacuzzi and steam room before my 50 minute facial with Ziggy.
Ziggy was very personable and gave me a wonderful hands-on treatment, which is just what I needed to soothe my puffy face after a sad day prior. She has been at the Hyatt for many, many years and you can tell she loves her job.
If it wasn't so hot, I would have loved to stay to enjoy lunch and the pool for a bit, but I'm fair! I will definitely be back to try more of the treatments. Their shop has some unique items, too, for yourself, a gift or to enjoy in your room during your stay.
